Abstract

Based on the results of the study show that, (1) nobles can be distinguished from other communities by looking at the embedding of the title of Andi in front of his name, but not only that. Nobility also has four qualities that must be possessed in the nobility of Lempu, Getteng, and Temmappasilaingeng. In addition, nobles also have a gentle and respectful attitude towards others; (2) the nobility still wants to maintain and continue the legitimacy of the leadership in Bone Regency which was inherited by the previous Kings of Bone, because the democratic space of the community is wide for anyone who is competent and capable of being able to occupy a position at the bureaucratic level of Bone Regency. the public that the leader in Bone must be from the descendants of the nobility or descendants of the previous kings to create justice in the midst of society; (3) bureaucratic conditions in terms of kin relations "are still very thick". This is because the condition of the bureaucracy is still filled with a series of noble names, but neither the nobility nor the people involved in the recruitment of bureaucracy is only looking at the status of relatives but is chosen through a recruitment process that prioritizes the ability and capability to become candidates for officials in Bone's bureaucracy (4) The presence and dominance of nobles in the bureaucracy in Bone regency, and the existence of nobles in the bureaucracy of Bone Regency were apparently due to the aristocratic strategy itself, awareness of the nobility who realized that they had the lineage of respected and respected leaders so motivated to follow trace the steps. Also adhering to the principle of nobility of his ancestors was used as a guideline in his life so that his honor and being able to be respected as a nobility remained in his possession.
